Job Summary

To support the evolution of AI coding assistants, the freelance Software Engineer AI Code Evaluator will work remotely to review, rank, and refine AI-generated code, ensuring it meets production-level standards while working on a flexible schedule of 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and rank AI-generated code solutions across various programming languages
• Evaluate code for correctness, efficiency, readability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
• Provide detailed feedback and refine AI-generated code to meet engineering standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, Go, Rust)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Experience with code review and the ability to articulate technical decisions
• Self-motivated and reliable in independent work without supervision
