Software Engineer - AI Development

Job Summary

Building AI agents to automate operational workflows, the full-time remote Software Engineer - AI Development will use the Claude SDK to integrate with internal systems like Jira and Slack, collaborating with senior engineers to enhance agent capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using the Claude SDK
• Integrate AI agents with internal tools and third-party APIs
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product stakeholders to scope and iterate on agent capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a Master's degree in Computer Science
• Demonstrated experience building software in a professional or academic setting
• Experience with the Claude SDK or comparable LLM/agent development frameworks
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex, Gemini)
• Experience integrating with third-party and internal APIs (e.g., Jira, Slack)
