Software Engineer, AI Enablement

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated full-time Software Engineer, AI Enablement to work remotely, who will partner with engineering leadership to define AI-enablement priorities, build internal tools, and advocate for effective AI practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership to define internal AI-enablement priorities and roadmap
• Build and maintain internal tools and workflows to enhance the use of AI coding agents
• Track adoption and measure the impact of AI tooling on engineering velocity and quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
• Experience building and shipping internal tools or developer-facing automation
• Strong internal advocacy skills with the ability to teach and influence engineers
• Comfort with ambiguity and self-directed prioritization in a small team environment
