Software Engineer, AI Insights

Job Summary

Building AI-powered features end-to-end, the full-time Software Engineer, AI Insights will develop user experiences for automated insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI-powered features from agent logic to frontend visualization and delivery
• Design and implement user experiences for dashboards, notifications, and interactive analysis flows
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define proactive analytics and user interactions with AI-generated insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2 to 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack fundamentals, comfortable working across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Excellent debugging and technical investigation skills
• A data-driven mindset and genuine curiosity about analytics tools
