Software Engineer AI/ML Specialist

Job Summary

Designing, building, and scaling AI-powered software and data infrastructure, the full-time remote Software Engineer AI/ML Specialist will integrate large language models and distributed systems to enable intelligent applications and skills-to-jobs matching.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software systems, including user interfaces and scalable APIs
• Build and scale CTDL xTRA for AI-assisted data extraction and transformation
• Design and implement machine learning models for classification and data quality improvement tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of technical education and software development experience, including a Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Experience building and operating distributed systems in cloud environments
• Strong experience developing APIs, data systems, and production services
• Demonstrated experience integrating large language model solutions into production systems
• U.S. citizenship or naturalization required
