Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Software Engineer - AI Systems in Go, the successful candidate will design, build, and operate production AI systems that manage complex, multi-stage workflows while ensuring reliability and accuracy in execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-quality software and backend services primarily using Go
• Architect AI agents and systems capable of executing complex workflows and maintaining state across interactions with tools and APIs
• Implement durable workflows that can recover from failures and interruptions, ensuring consistent performance and quality

Required qualifications

• Substantial professional experience in developing and operating production software, with strong proficiency in Go or another backend language
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-backed applications or AI agent systems into production
• Strong understanding of AI application architecture and the interaction of models, agents, tools, and services
• Demonstrated knowledge of distributed systems engineering, including concurrency and state management
• Experience designing and consuming HTTP APIs and working with relational databases
