Software Engineer - AI Systems
Job Summary
Building and operating AI-native backend systems, the full-time Software Engineer - AI Systems will design multi-agent architectures and reliable integrations in Python, managing end-to-end services that support go-to-market operations remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent AI systems that manage complex business workflows such as qualification and outbound orchestration
- Architect model-agnostic abstraction layers to enable flexibility across different LLM providers
- Build and operate backend services deployed on Kubernetes, managing the full lifecycle from deployment to production reliability
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of software engineering experience building backend services in Python
- Production experience with multi-step AI agent systems and stateful workflows
- Strong understanding of LLM internals and their impact on system design
- Experience with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with SQL and data systems for building targeting and analytics pipelines
