Software Engineer (AI Training)

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI systems, the freelance Software Engineer (AI Training) will work remotely to write, debug, and evaluate AI-generated code while providing expert feedback to enhance AI coding assistants, committing 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem-solving instincts and systematic debugging approach
