Software Engineer (AI Training)

Job Summary

Working remotely on a flexible contract basis, the Software Engineer (AI Training) will write, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, providing expert feedback to enhance AI coding assistants and ensure their reliability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly in writing
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
