Software Engineer, API Integrations

Job Summary

To support the implementation and scaling of API integrations, the full-time Software Engineer, API Integrations will collaborate with cross-functional teams, serve as the main client contact during onboarding, and learn the VideoAmp API suite to troubleshoot integration processes, all while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth integration implementation
• Act as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, escalating complex issues as needed
• Document integration processes and contribute to team knowledge and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Golang, Java, or Scala, along with SQL and API concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and relational databases such as Postgres or Snowflake
• Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts through coursework or hands-on experience
• Strong interest in technology and client-facing work, with a desire to grow into a technical account or solutions role
