Software Engineer Apprentice

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and complete the part-time Data Science Bootcamp as part of the apprenticeship
• Contribute to software projects for the host company and write clean, maintainable code
• Collaborate in sprint-based workflows and support feature development and QA processes

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently living in the U.S. and authorized to work without visa sponsorship
• Available 40 hours/week for 14 months to complete the bootcamp and apprenticeship work
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, or Economics, or completion of a software engineering bootcamp
• Programming proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java)
• Familiarity with frontend and backend web development concepts and working knowledge of databases
