Software Engineer - Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Enterprise Automation & Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, including Agentic AI and Document Understanding features
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development
• Proficient in UiPath, with hands-on experience in RPA, Document Understanding, and AI-driven workflows
• Experience integrating automations via APIs, databases, and web services
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Go
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant experience)
