Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Software Engineer - AWS Connect will lead the technical design and management of back-end services, develop Amazon Connect integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions in the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead technical design, planning, and management of back-end services and UI development
  • Document and present architectural decisions to team members and management
  • Design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect related features and functionality
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, or Software Engineer
  • Expert knowledge of Java (7+) enterprise development and integration middleware
  • 3+ years of hands-on application architecture experience for large enterprise solutions
  • Experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and routing
