Key Responsibilities

• Lead responses to critical incidents and collaborate with enterprise customers

Required Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex SaaS systems
• Proficiency in backend service development, preferably with Python or Node.js
• Familiarity with event-driven systems and observability tools
• Ability to work closely with customers to drive product development
• Experience in shipping software through ambiguity and rapid iteration
