Software Engineer (C++/C#)

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic core engineering team, the midlevel or senior Software Engineer (C++/C#) will work remotely to implement and maintain a robust C# client library while developing high-performance server applications in C++ and optimizing the codebase for speed and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the C# client library, ensuring robustness and ease of integration for external users
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance server applications in C++ while optimizing the existing codebase for high throughput and low latency
• Collaborate with the systems team to implement best practices for build, deployment, and monitoring

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience, preferably in a trading firm or high-growth startup
• Strong proficiency in both C++ and C#
• Experience designing APIs with a focus on developer-friendly interfaces
• Knowledge of systems programming, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading
• Interest in low-level optimization and performance engineering, particularly in financial data or algorithmic trading
