Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Forecasting & Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting interfaces, data pipelines, and inference servers to predict support contact volume and optimal agent requirements
• Design and implement interfaces to collect team preferences and customer constraints for optimal scheduling of support agents
• Enhance machine learning efficiency and operations to support rapid model deployment and iteration

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, SciPy, and seaborn for statistical or predictive work
• Previous experience on a machine learning or algorithmic team
• Strong commitment to advancing statistical and runtime performance
• Familiarity with MLOps practices
• Ability to work remotely in Canada
