Software Engineer, CRM

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Software & Solutions Engineer, CRM, the successful candidate will manage post-sale professional services for Insightly CRM, including scoping custom projects, leading implementation efforts, and providing customer support, all while working remotely from Canada or the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead scoping and discovery calls with clients to document design requirements
• Project manage all projects from kickoff to user acceptance testing and signoff
• Advise clients on configuration and implementation options based on industry best practices

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering/IT related discipline and/or 2 years related experience
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to read, write, troubleshoot, and debug code proficiently
• Hands-on technical familiarity interacting with APIs (REST and/or SOAP)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud
