Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure
Job Summary
To support innovative data solutions, the full-time Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure will design, build, and scale data products and infrastructure, focusing on system integration and feature design in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and operate end-to-end data infrastructure for delivering APIs and automated reporting solutions
- Model and deploy relational, document, and graph databases to support investigative workflows
- Build resilient ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting and normalizing structured and semi-structured data
Required qualifications
- Must pass a U.S. Tier 3 background investigation, generally limited to U.S. citizens
- Proficient in Python with proven experience in production data infrastructure and pipelines
- Deep experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
- Experience in graph data modeling and network analysis, preferably with Neo4j or similar
- Production experience deploying containerized services to AWS
