Job Summary

Leading the technical vision for a new design system, the full-time remote Software Engineer, Design Systems will define architecture, build infrastructure, and influence product decisions while collaborating closely with design teams to enhance AI-assisted development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the design system, including token architecture and component tooling
• Shape AI coding agents' UI building processes through documentation and developer workflows
• Modernize frontend foundations and establish best practices to improve product quality across teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building frontend products with ownership over architecture
• Experience in evolving a design system used across multiple teams or products
• Deep expertise in frontend technologies, including TypeScript and modern tooling
• Proven ability to enhance product quality in terms of performance and accessibility
• Strong instincts for product and design, with effective collaboration skills across teams
