Key Responsibilities

• Ship product features to enhance user Discovery experiences
• Build and maintain a scalable, stable, low latency feed experience
• Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve discovery challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend systems
• Experience in discovery-related fields such as Recommendations or Search
• Expertise in designing scalable backend systems and familiarity with cloud computing platforms
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional initiatives
