Software Engineer, Engineering Productivity

Job Summary

Acting as a high-leverage technical bridge between Quality and Engineering Core, the full-time remote Software Engineer, Engineering Productivity will design internal quality programs, enforce metrics for platform reliability, and integrate automated checks into the CI/CD pipeline to enhance deployment velocity and reduce code-related incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Design and champion internal quality programs to drive engineering-wide process changes
• Define and enforce hard metrics for platform reliability, establishing quantifiable baselines
• Architect and integrate automated performance, security, and accessibility checks into the CI/CD pipeline

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in languages such as Python or Go
• Strong product-oriented mindset with experience in building and refactoring complex systems
• Experience with public cloud platforms like GCP and/or AWS
• Familiarity with AI tools for testing and architecture, including strategies for validating AI-generated outputs
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
