Job Summary

Software Engineer for AI Billing, responsible for optimizing and automating billing workflows in a full-time remote position, utilizing Salesforce and AI technologies to enhance the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automated billing workflows in Salesforce
• Architect and operate a continuously learning AI-driven billing pipeline
• Translate billing requirements into engineering deliverables with clear SLAs and observability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Proficiency in Python and experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience designing systems for observability and end-to-end traceability
