Job Summary

To support the evolution of AI coding assistants, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Code Evaluation will remotely evaluate, rank, and refine AI-generated code solutions, ensuring they meet production-level standards while working independently on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review and rank AI-generated code solutions across various programming languages and problem domains
• Evaluate code for correctness, efficiency, readability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
• Write detailed feedback and refine AI-generated code to enhance its quality and performance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, Go, Rust)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity
• Experience with code review and assessing code quality
• Clear written communication skills in English for articulating technical decisions
