Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

Working remotely on a flexible contract basis, the Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs to enhance AI coding assistants' performance.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving instincts and systematic debugging approach
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly in writing
