Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the development of AI systems, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will work remotely, writing and optimizing code, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and providing expert feedback on coding practices for 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience in systematic debugging and clear technical communication
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision
