Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

Working remotely on a freelance contract basis, the Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing AI-generated outputs to enhance AI coding assistants' performance.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
