Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the development of AI capabilities, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will work remotely to write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing AI-generated outputs and providing expert feedback on their quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
• Design coding prompts and scenarios to test AI capabilities and provide structured feedback

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem-solving instincts and systematic debugging approach
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly in writing
