Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI technology, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and evaluate AI-generated code while providing expert feedback, all in a fully remote and flexible contract role with a commitment of 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a systematic debugging approach
• Clear written communication skills to explain technical decisions in plain language
