Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI technology, a freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and evaluate AI-generated code while providing expert feedback in a fully remote, flexible contract role requiring 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to stress-test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem-solving instincts and systematic debugging approach
• Clear written communicator with the ability to explain technical decisions in plain language
