Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI development, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will work remotely to write, evaluate, and optimize code, providing expert feedback to enhance AI coding capabilities while committing 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Design challenging coding prompts and assess multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Strong problem-solving instincts with a systematic debugging approach
• Clear written communication skills to explain technical decisions effectively
