Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI technology, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write and optimize code, review AI-generated outputs, and provide expert feedback, all while working remotely on a flexible schedule of 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Ability to clearly read, write, and reason about code
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
