Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the evolution of AI coding systems, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write and evaluate code, provide expert feedback, and design coding challenges in a fully remote, flexible contract role requiring 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to assess AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Ability to read, write, and explain code clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
