Job Summary

To support the development of AI systems, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing AI-generated outputs for correctness and efficiency in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for quality, identifying bugs and performance issues
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem-solving instincts and systematic debugging approach
