Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the development of AI coding assistants, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing AI-generated outputs for quality and providing expert-level feedback, all in a fully remote capacity with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
