Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the development of AI systems, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and evaluate AI-generated code while providing expert feedback, all in a fully remote and flexible contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency, providing structured feedback
• Design coding prompts and scenarios to test AI capabilities and compare multiple AI-generated solutions

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem-solving instincts and systematic debugging skills
• Clear written communication skills to explain technical decisions in plain language
