Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI development, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will work remotely to write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and efficiency, committing 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
• Provide structured feedback on code functionality and design challenging coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
