Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI technologies, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and evaluate AI-generated code while providing expert feedback, all in a fully remote capacity with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly and precisely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
