Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support the advancement of AI technology, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and optimize code while reviewing AI-generated outputs for quality and providing expert feedback, all in a fully remote and flexible contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency
• Provide structured feedback and design coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic debugging approach
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly in writing
