Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and optimize code across various languages while reviewing and evaluating AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code in multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Review and assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide structured feedback and create challenging coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly and accurately
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a systematic approach to debugging
