Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To enhance AI training, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will work remotely to write, debug, and optimize code across various languages while reviewing AI-generated code for accuracy and efficiency, dedicating 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code in multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide structured feedback on code functionality and create challenging coding prompts for AI testing

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly and accurately
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
