Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages while evaluating AI-generated code for accuracy and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code in a range of languages and frameworks
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability
• Provide structured feedback and design challenging coding prompts to test AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly in writing
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
