Software Engineer for AI Training

Job Summary

To support innovative AI development, the freelance Software Engineer for AI Training will write, debug, and optimize code, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and provide structured feedback, all while working remotely and flexibly for 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across various programming languages and frameworks
• Review and assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Provide detailed feedback explaining the functionality of code and identify potential issues

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly and accurately
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Self-motivated and reliable in working independently without supervision
