Software Engineer for Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the design and evolution of analytics infrastructure, the full-time Software Engineer for Analytics will manage recurring analytics pipelines and guide the transition to a standardized platform while collaborating with Data Scientists and Researchers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own implementation and ongoing operation of analytics pipelines, including monitoring and reliability improvements
• Lead architectural evolution of the analytics platform and drive cross-team technical alignment
• Define and implement reliability standards and improve dataset discoverability through documentation and clear data contracts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience building and operating analytics or data infrastructure systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Deep experience with distributed query engines and large-scale compute systems
• Strong data modeling expertise, including schema design and reproducibility considerations
