Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Forecasting & Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting interfaces and data pipelines to predict support contact volume and optimal agent requirements
• Design and implement scheduling interfaces to optimize schedules for large teams of support agents based on forecasts and constraints
• Enhance machine learning operations to support rapid model deployment and iteration

Required Qualifications

• Extensive back-end engineering experience in statically typed languages such as Go, Java, or Rust
• Experience with Python libraries like pandas, SciPy, and seaborn for statistical or predictive analysis
• Previous experience working on a machine learning or algorithmic team
• Strong commitment to improving statistical and runtime performance
