Key Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting interfaces and data pipelines to predict support contact volume
• Design and implement scheduling interfaces to optimize support agent schedules based on forecasts and constraints
• Enhance machine learning operations for rapid model deployment and iteration

Required Qualifications

• Extensive back-end engineering experience in statically typed languages such as Go, Java, or Rust
• Experience with Python libraries like pandas, SciPy, and seaborn for statistical or predictive work
• Previous experience on a machine learning or algorithmic team
• Strong commitment to improving statistical and runtime performance
