Key Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting interfaces and data pipelines to predict support contact volume and determine optimal agent staffing
• Design and implement scheduling interfaces that account for team preferences and business constraints to create optimal schedules for support agents
• Enhance machine learning efficiency and operations for rapid model deployment and iteration

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, SciPy, and seaborn for statistical or predictive work
• Previous experience on a machine learning or algorithmic team
• Strong commitment to improving statistical and runtime performance
