Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement patient intake workflows, including medical forms and appointment scheduling
• Architect a monitoring system for tracking patient journeys at scale
• Develop dashboards for scheduling and operational teams, and own automation processes for operational tasks

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to integrate with legacy systems for interoperability
• Experience in shipping complex internal operations dashboards
• Proficiency in backend development, particularly with Ruby (e.g., Rails)
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration patterns
• Strong operational instincts and experience in healthcare is a plus
