Software Engineer, Growth

Job Summary

To support user engagement and product growth, the full-time remote Software Engineer, Growth will build solutions, run experiments, and collaborate across teams to enhance the user experience and contribute to the development of the Growth platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Building solutions to optimize user engagement with Algolia's features
• Running experiments and A/B tests to determine the most effective solutions
• Collaborating with Product and Design teams to identify and explore new opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Experience in building production applications with a backend language, preferably Ruby or Go
• Strong interest in event-driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS
• Ability to work across the stack or a desire to grow into full-stack development with TypeScript and React
• Data-informed decision-making mindset with a focus on user experience
• Experience or interest in contributing to engineering quality and processes
