Software Engineer I
Job Summary
Collaborating with stakeholders, the full-time remote Software Engineer I will design, test, and implement innovative solutions for employer benefits while utilizing modern technologies and test-driven development practices.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer challenges and design effective software solutions
- Support live applications through proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement
- Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in software engineering
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for modern technologies
- Familiarity with C# and Python
