Software Engineer II

Job Summary

To support software development initiatives, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications while collaborating with clients and team members throughout the project life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with clients and team members to conceptualize and develop new or existing software applications
• Assists in defining and documenting software business requirements, objectives, and specifications on a project basis
• Executes software testing on new and existing programs to correct errors and improve functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Sciences, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with proficiency in MS.NET, C#, VB, and SQL Server
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices in application development
• Extensive experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server
• Fluency in object-oriented programming and design principles
